Bewcastle cheese

Bewcastle is a soft cows’ milk cheese produced by Leonie and Carolyn Fairburn at the Thornby Moor Dairy, Wigton, north Cumbria.

It is delicious curd cheese made from the milk of Shorthorn cows.
