Barbecued cheese - about this recipe
Not really a recipe, more an idea. If you've not ever tried this, get some and have a go, it's great fun and delicious. It can be a bit salty though.
- 1 pack of Halloumi cheese
- Slice thinly and barbcue for about 3 minutes a side. it won't melt.
- Eat with your fingers whilst the barbecue is progressing.
Great on home-made beef burgers
