Barbecued cheese - about this recipe

Not really a recipe, more an idea. If you've not ever tried this, get some and have a go, it's great fun and delicious, vene if it is a bit on the salty side.

Servings

1 (supermarket) pack of cheese would probably serve 4 as a starter

Ingredients

Method

  1. Slice thinly and barbcue for about 3 minutes a side. it won't melt.
  2. Eat with your fingers whilst the barbecue is progressing.

Serving suggestions

Serve with hummus and tzatziki dips
