About Bagborough Brie cheese

Bagborough Brie is produced from unpasteurised cow's milk. It is made from vegetarian rennet and has an edible mouldy rind. It has a mild a creamy flavour which melts in the mouth.

The producers are White Lake at Bagborough Farm in Somerset.
