About starters

If you are preparing a meal with starters then you are probably producing a little more than just the evening meal. Often starters can be a little help here as you can choose a cold starter that can be prepared earlier and served exactly when required and require no further attention such as steak tartare or Chicken with cold-tossed beansprouts.
