Produced by Jane Murray of Poppylot (now Willow) Farm Dairy in Deopham, near Wymondham, Wissington is a full fat ewes’ milk cheese.
The hard cheese is made from pasteurised milk of British Friesland dairy ewes and has a similar taste to Manchego.
