About Turunmaa cheese

Turunmaa is a Finnish full-flavoured cows’ milk cheese, which is similar to Havarti. It is named after an area of Turku.

The cheese has a smooth, creamy texture with small holes and a mild but slightly tangy flavour. It is matured for a minimum of 7 weeks.
