Produced at Menallack Farm, Penryn near Falmouth, Treverva Green, this is the same as Mrs Finn’s cheese, except that it is covered with crushed green peppercorns.

The cheese is produced from a mixture of pasteurised, vegetarian, cows’ and ewes’ milk, with added cream. It has a soft texture and a strongish taste, which has an enhanced piquancy due to the peppercorns. It is available in 270g rounds.

THIS CHEESE IS NO LONGER PRODUCED
