Perfect with roast beef. This is the simplest mustard sauce, made with Coleman's mustard powder.

Ingredients

Equal parts: (teaspoon, tablespoon, etc. depending upon amount required)

Method

  1. Mix together and rest for 10 minutes before serving to improve the flavour

Serving suggestions

Serve with Roast beef and pork

Variations

Substitute the water with white wine vinegar, malt vinegar, beer or liquidised red pepper for the water for various flavoured mustards. For more variations add any of cumin, turmeric, chili, cooked sweetened sloe, etc.
