Tourrée Le Rustique cheese

Tourrée Le Rustique is a cowsmilk cheese from Lower Normandy. Of medium strength, it owes its authentic flavour to the quality of its ingredients and the traditional savoir-faire in its making. To enjoy at its best, soft and almost runny, take it out of the fridge an hour before serving.
