Tomme du Beaujolais cheese

Tomme du Beaujolais is a soft, cows' milk cheese from the Beaujolais area of the Rhône-Alpes region of France. It has a white moulded rind, a smooth texture and mild flavour. It is cylindrical in shape, has a diameter of 10cm, a height of 4cm and weighs 350g.
