Sherry vinegar salad dressing

Sherry vinegar - need I say more. Just wonderful in as a salad dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar (good red wine vinegar with a pinch of sugar could be used)
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic olive
- juice from half a lemon - about 2 tablespoons
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- pinch of sea salt
- freshly grated black pepper
Method
- Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until they thicken slightly
- Drizzle over your salad and serve
