A good way to encourage kids to eat their greens! Especially if you get them to help you cook it.

  1. Chop the bacon into small strips
  2. In a large pan, stir-fry the garlic, bacon and chili in the olive oil for about 5 minutes
  3. Add the cabbage, stock, vinegar, salt and pepper and cover with a lid and simmer gently for about 30 minutes - it's actually quite hard to over cook this.
