Salsa templada (TM)

This is a warm Spanish sauce for salads and vegetables
Ingredients
- 70g walnuts
- 150g extra virgin olive oil
- 50g butter
- 50g soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- A few splashed of Tabasco
Method
- Chop the nuts in the bowl 3-4 seconds / Speed 4
- Remove and reserve
- Next, put the rest of the ingredients into the bowl 4 minutes / 60° / Speed 4
- Add the reserved nuts 1 minute / 60° / Speed 1.
Serving suggestions
Use this sauce for salads of endives, raw spinach, asparagus, chicory, cabbage, lettuce etc. Also for cooked vegetables.
