Saint Michael cheese

About Saint Michael cheese

Saint Michael is made from pasteurised cows’ milk and apart from having no holes and a smoother texture, it is similar to Tilsiter cheese.

The cheese, which is produced in 4-5 kg wheels, has a brown rind and a big flavour.
