Reypenaer cheese

Reypenaer is a semi-hard Gouda-type cows' milk cheese produced by Wyngaard Kaas in Woerden in the netherlands. It is matured for 1-2 years yet has a soft and creamy flavour that lingers on the palate.

This cheese is available in as a whole cheeses (12kg), 1/16 pieces, slices and small wedges in boxes. These are ideal for serving at table and cutting off small slices. Its creamy texture makes it easy to cut with a cheese knife.
