Queso Cueva de Llonín cheese

Queso Cueva de Llonín is a cows’ milk cheese produced by a co-operative dairy in the village of Alles in the Peñamellera Alta.

The cheese has a creamy, pale yellow interior, with small holes and a white, somewhat mouldy rind. Weighing around 500g, it is cylindrical in shape and is similar in style to Camembert and Brie.
