Origin

• This a goats' milk version of Caerphilly, from the same dairy that makes Fosseway Fleece. This cheese develops a good flavour within 4 weeks and so can be eaten young. A goats' milk Red Leicester version is also available to which annatto is added

• Pasteurised goats' milk, using vegetarian rennet
