Oxford Blue cheese

Oxford Blue cheese is a soft Stilton-type blue cheese made from pasteurised cows' milk and vegetarian rennet and until 2009, it was made at the Hartington creamery in Derbyshire. It is now produced by the originator of the cheese by Baron Pouget of the Oxford Cheese Company in Worminghall, Buckinghamshire. It is sold in 400g foil-wrapped round, jars and small cylinders as "Baby blue".

It is delciously salty and tangy in flavour, with a soft texture and is probably one of the best blue cheeses in the UK.

If you are in UK, you can buy it on-line at Pong Cheese. This was ranked in the 1st position as top seller cheese in 2011 by Pong Cheese.
