Mushrooms in garlic sauce (TM)

A Thermomix version of this popular Spanish tapa
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- Parsley leaves
- 400g mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cayenne chilli pepper
- 50g extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Put the garlic and the parsley into the bowl 4 seconds / Speed 5
- Put the butterfly on the blades and add the remaining ingredients 12 minutes / Temp. Varoma / Reverse Blade / Speed Spoon
- Correct the seasoning and check that the mushrooms are well done, if not, cook for a few minutes more
- If there is too much liquid, remove the mushrooms, leaving in the liquid, reduce it Temp. Varoma / 5 minutes approximately
