May Hill Green (wedge)

Produced in Gloucestershire, by Charles Martell of Stinking Bishop fame, May Hill is a pasteurised, full fat vegetarian soft cows' milk cheese with a nettle coated rind and a delicate creamy flavour. It won a silver medal at the British Cheese Awards in 2001 and is obtainable from some local branches of Waitrose.
