Lomont cheese
Lomont is a fresh, curd, pasteurised cows' milk cheese produced in the département of Doubs in France's Franche-Comté region. The mild cheese is drained, salted and packed in foil. It comes in the form of a circle 28 cm in diameter and 6 cm high, with an average weight of 3.8 kg. The production of this cheese is located in Exincourt by Fromagerie Durst.
