Made by Shepherds Purse Cheeses, Katy's white lavender cheese is a combination of ewes milk cheese matured with the English lavender flowers. This cheese is a surprising and interesting partnership of flavours. Easy to slice and wonderful for a salad combination. Made from pasteurised [ewes' milk]] and suitable for vegetarians.
Available in 850g deli cheese or 125g prepack
