Isel cheese
Isel is an unpasteurised goats’ milk cheese made by Wardhall Dairy near Wigton in north Cumbria.
The soft, Brie style cheese has a very creamy texture and has a white mouldy rind. It is available in rounds of 150 g, 250 g, and 700g, as well as cut pieces weighing 100 g.
