In Turkish it is called samersakli yogurt and is a good dip for spicy food
- In a mortar and pestle, grind the garlic to a paste with the sea salt
- Add the milk to the garlic and mix
- Pour the milk into the yogurt and mix well
- Pour into a bowl and serve
Serve chilled. It is the usual accompaniment for dolmas.
Sprinkle with chive flowers if in season
