A nice dip for frys and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 fat Cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons chili oil

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, mix well and allow to mingle for an hour before re-mixing and serving
