Formaggio di capra (pasta fresca) cheese
Formaggio di capra (pasta fresca) is a fresh goats' milk cheese produced in the mountain communties of Medio Agri Sauro, Scanzano Jonico and Stigliano in Basilicata. It is cylindrical in shape, weighs about 500g, is soft and white with a pleasantly sour taste.
