Crottin de Manon

Crottin de Manon is a soft, goats' milk cheese from the Gard département of Languedoc-Roussillon, It has a bloomy white rind and a creamy interior. It can also come coated with a sweet red pepper called piment d'Espelette.

It has a traditional 'crottin' shape and weighs 60g. The diameter is 6cm and the height is 3cm.
