Croglin cheese

Croglin is a vegetarian, unpasteurised ewes’ milk cheese produced by Leonie and Carolyn Fairburn at the Thornby Moor Dairy, Wigton, north Cumbria.
The rich, sweet cheese is firm and smooth, with a natural, nutty textured rind.
