Strength and texture
- Matured for at least 3 weeks, the cheese has a soft, creamy texture with some holes. The rind is treated with mould.
Shape, weight and size
- Cylindrical with a diameter of 19cm or 11cm, a height of 5cm and weights of 1.3kg and 450g
Pale yellow in colour, it has a shelf life of 21 days.
