Chalancey cheese

Chalancey is a soft, rind washed cheese from the Haute-Marne département of the Champagne-Ardenne region of France. Round in shape, it has a wrinkly orange rind due to it being washed in Chablis. It has a diameter of 8cm, a height of 3cm and weighs 200g.
