Fine. I've added them under risotto rice - a lot of visitors will search for that rather than the variety. Move than happy to be more specific. Have changed, feel free to re-edit but please do leave the term risotto rice.

I have also removed stick rice as that need clarifying too - no time atm so left outstanding until resolved.
