Storage: Soft and medium-hard cheeses should wrapped in waxed paper and placed in loose-fitting food bags so they do not lose humidity. Don't wrap in cling-film. Try to segregate cheeses from other strong-smelling foods otherwise each are likely to take on the others characteristics. Store blue cheeses separately from other cheeses as the mould spores are likely to spread otherwise.
Before use: Allow cheese to get to room temperature before consuming. This is likely to take around 2 hours.
