Further information

Belgium has a long tradition of cheese making and the reputation of the monastery cheeses and others, is well established, although they did not used to be recognised technically as Belgian cheeses. The country now produces more than 400 varieties. We also have a Benelux recipe category which includes Belgian recipes.
