Cadí Tierno is pasteurised cows’ milk cheese from Cerdanya-Alt Urgell in the Catalonian Pyrenees, produced by Cadí Sociedad Cooperativa.
The cheese is mild and delicate, with a soft and creamy texture and small holes. It is ivory-white in colour. It is available as a 1.7 kg round from Orce Serrano Hams
