Caciotta Amiatina cheese

Caciotta Amiatina is a fresh cheese made with a mixture of pasteurised cows' and ewes' milk. It tastes very mild and pleasant and is easily digested, making it an excellent dessert cheese.

It is matured for 10 and 20 days and weighs about 1 to 1.4kg.
