Cabroun cheese

Cabroun is a fresh, mixed milk cheese from the Alpes de Hautes-Provence département of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. It is sprinkled with herbs and is round in shape. Weighing 230g, it has a diameter of 9.5cm and a height of 2.5cm.
