Cabrette cendrée cheese

Cabrette cendrée is a soft, mixed milk cheese from the Var département of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. It has a natural rind, which is lightly coated in ash. Shaped into a slightly truncated cylinder, it has a diameter of 8cm at the top and 9cm at the bottom. It is 3cm in height and weighs 240g.
