Cabra Campos de Toledo cheese

Cabra Campos de Toledo is a semi-hard, pasteurised, goats' milk cheese produced by Quesos Navalmoral which is situated in Totanés, Toledo, Castilla La Mancha.

Of medium strength, this cheese is matured for 1-2 months and has a natural paprika coloured rind. It has a compact interior, without holes and is the typical white colour of goats' cheese. It has a soft, buttery flavour and has a fat in dry matter content of between 45% and 50%.
