Butte des dunes cheese

French craftsmen continue to create new cheeses and the Butte des Dunes is one of those. It is an unpasteurised cow’s milk cheese with a washed rind, from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region. Half-spherical, it is about 10 cm high, 8 cm across and weighs 540 gr.
