Burrino farcito con soppressata is produced in the municipality of Rionero di Vulture in the Potenza province of Basilicata in Italy. It is made with cows' and is stuffed with brawn. It is pear-shaped with a smooth ivory coloured rind. The spun cheese is buttery and surrounds the brawn. It is matured in a cellar for one month.
