Made by Shephers Purse Cheeses in Thirsk this Buffalo milk cheese is hand made from locally sourced Water Buffalo milk. The cheese is soft and creamy in texture with a luxuriously smooth, tangy flavour that is surprisingly light on the palate. Buffalo Blue is made from pasteurised milk and is suitable for vegetarians.
Available in 1.5Kg deli cheese and 125g prepack.
