Description

Broadoak Cheddar is traditionally bound in double muslins and matured for a minimum of 9 months. With the correct balance of acidity and maturation period we create a cheese which has a clean, sharp edged flavour.

Broadoak cheddar can be bought as a whole cheese or in individual pieces.

12-15kgs or sold in individual pieces
