Briquette de Ventadour is a soft, goats' milk cheese from the Corrèze département of the Limousin region of France. It has a natural, orangy, wrinkled natural rind and is brick shaped. It has a length of 12cm, a width of 5cm and is 3cm tall. Weighing 165g it has a fat to dry matter content of 45%.
