Brie Révérend cheese

Brie Révérend is a soft cheese produced from pasteurised cow's milk. This brie is made in the French town of Nanterre, located east of Paris. It is covered with a soft edible layer formed by the mold penicillium candidum. This cheese is pale ivory with a creamy texture and a mild flavour and is light. It weighs 1kg.
