Bridelight cheese

Bridelight is a pair of pasteurised cows' milk cheeses produced by Emile Bridel in Lower Normandy. The cheeses are:

BRIDELIGHT BRIQUE 200G - Manufactured from skimmed milk, the Brique Bridelight is a light cheese (9% of fat in the finished product). It has a very mild and flavoursome taste, with a soft and creamy texture.

BRIDELIGHT CARRE 200G - With only 11% of fat in the finished product. It keeps intact the pleasure of eating, with a controlled intake of fat. Manufactured from skimmed milk.

BRIDELIGHT EXTRA-LIGHT SOFT CHEESE 350G 5% FAT - It offers all the flavour of Bridel coulommiers in a light version.
