Bouquet des Moines cheese

About Bouquet des Moines cheese

Bouquet des Moines is a soft cheese produced from pasteurised cows’ milk, and is produced at the Abbey du Val-Dieu, in the Pays de Herve.

A small cheese, it has a bloomy rind and a soft interior. It is very creamy just under the rind, and then has a more mature flavour towards its centre. It has a shape like an upside-down flower pot.
