Bleu de Lozère cheese

Bleu de Lozère is a pasteurised cows' milk cheese produced on the Margeride plateau by SARL Haute Truyère in the Lozère département of Languedoc-Roussillon. It is a blue cheese with a bloomy, fluffy, white rind. It is a sweet, semi-soft cheese with a light aroma of blue cheese and mushrooms. The interior is soft, uniformly cream-coloured and supple. Round in shape, it weighs 300g, a diameter of 9cm and a height of 4.5cm.
