Bettine Grand Cru cheese

Bettine Grand Cru is a Dutch cheese made from pasteurised goats milk and matured for 10 months. The pale cheese has a delicate spicy flavour that lingers in your mouth without being overpowering. It was considered the world's best cheese at the 2006 Nantwich International Cheese Show.
