Bergkäse Fondue cheese

Bergkäse Fondue is one of a number of pre-prepared fondue mixes using unpasteurised cows’ milk from the Bregenzerwald forest.
The mix contains Bergkäse cheese, Grüner Veltliner wine and Kirsch. The package includes a re-usable 400 g cup in which the fondue can be microwaved.
